Biography
Kay Hogan M.Ed. was certified as a Hellerwork Practitioner in 1986 and has been in practice since that time. She has a master’s degree in counseling specializing in codependency and addictions recovery. In 1996 Kay became a certified Alexander Technique Teacher incorporating the technique and early developmental movement into her bodywork sessions. All her work including natural vision improvement focuses on improving posture, body realignment, ease of movement and pain management. Kay lives and works in the Bay Area.
